18+ years of experience in IT and customer service management. Prior to founding Speedperform, Thomas has gained experience from various positions at GLS (CIO) and MICROSOFT (senior consultant) with a single objective in mind: increasing the customer experience while reducing cost-to-serve.
Thomas holds a MBA (General Management and Information Technology) from Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), the Netherlands.
